Luiz Barcellos joined Sínora early 2019 after a successful career as Supply Chain & Operations executive of more than 30 years. His background includes both national companies (Lojas Americanas S.A., Sorocaba Refrescos S.A., Editoras Ática e Scipione and Cervejarias Kaiser Brasil Ltda.) and multinational ones (Westinghouse do Brasil S.A., Avon Cosmetics, SKY Serviços de Banda Larga, DirecTV and AT&T)

Areas such as Process Analysis, Distribution and Logistics, Inventory Management, Procurement Planning, Package Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Transportation, Distribution and Services are highlights of his experience.

He is also skilled in staff supervision, cost control, negotiations and projects technical evaluations, with a reputation for dedication, creative problem solving and outstanding service. Natural leadership and good relationship are also main traits.

Barcellos has a MBA degree from COPPEAD/UFRJ, (1988-1989) and a Post Graduate Degree in Industrial Management and Finance from Escola de Engenharia /UFRJ (1985-1986). He also holds a Mechanical Engineer Degree from the same institution (1975-1980).

Since 2003 he does volunteer work as a Supply Chain and Logistics expert for Endeavor, an NGO dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship in developing countries.
